At Silo 9, we aim to provide more than just exceptional coffee—we want to tell the story behind each cup. That’s why we’ve partnered with St Remio Coffee, a company dedicated to improving the lives of coffee growers by supporting sustainable farming practices and community projects. Their work, particularly with the female farmers of the Cocagi cooperative, aligns with our values of social impact and quality.
Nestled in Melbourne’s first high-rise concrete silo, Silo 9 combines local history with a modern café experience, offering coffee that not only tastes great but also supports meaningful change.
